Video of Flooding on the Schuylkill

Traffic on the Eastbound side of I-76 was shut down for a couple of hours midday because of flooding. State police forced drivers to get off at the Vine Street Expressway until the water subsided on Saturday, July 10, 2010. They re-opened the highway just before 2 p.m.
