The Push to Ban Cars on Center City's Chestnut Street

A petition posted online is asking Philadelphia Mayor Jim Kenney and other city officials to prohibit cars from driving down Chestnut Street in Center City this summer. The popular shopping area is known for its heavy congestion. NBC10’s Randy Gyllenhaal has reaction.
