I-76 Shoulders as Rush Hour Driving Lanes?

A major change could be coming to the daily commute for hundreds of drivers who take the Schuylkill Expressway, after PennDOT says it is reviewing a plan to turn the shoulders of the Interstate 76 into usable travel lanes during rush hour. NBC10’s George Spencer reports from SkyForce10.
