Teams of the Week: LaSalle and George Washington

Nearly 30 years ago, Philadelphia Public and Catholic Leagues could not find a way to have all teams – both boys and girls – play a city title game.So what had become an annual event in the city came to an end. But a new playoff system has brought it back and you can bet that the Catholic League’s LaSalle and the Public League’s George Washington are ready to re-invent an old tradition.
