Report: Nelson Agholor Will Not Be Charged With Sexual Assault

New details in Nelson Agholor’s case reveal that the Eagles wideout will not be charged with sexual assault, according to various reports. He was accused after an alleged incident at Cheerleaders Gentleman’s club in Philadelphia.

Eagles wide receiver Nelson Agholor will not be charged with sexual assault, according to a report by the Daily News' Les Bowen.

NJ.com's Mark Eckel first reported that a decision would be made Friday by Philadelphia District Attorney Seth Williams.

On June 9, Agholor was accused of sexual assault after an incident with a dancer at Cheerleaders, a popular gentlemen's club. Agholor was with two teammates during that afternoon. The accuser reported the alleged incident later that evening, according to police.

Agholor was the Eagles' first-round pick (20th overall) in 2015 out of USC. The 23-year-old had a rough rookie campaign, battling injuries and finishing the season with only 23 catches for 283 yards and a touchdown in 13 games.
