Local Cyclists React to Armstrong's Decision

Lance Armstrong’s 14-year cycling career was erased on Friday after the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency concluded that Armstrong used banned substances to help him perform. NBC10’s Vince Lattanzio got mixed reaction on Armstrong’s decision to no longer challenge the agency.
