Fan: Phillies Made a Bad Call on Ballpark Storm

If the Phillies groundskeepers knew how bad last week’s storm was going to be — why didn’t fans get a heads up?! Lifelong Phillies fan Sue Grau was in the ballpark that night. She fired off a letter to the editor of the Inquirer and explains to NBC10’s Tim Furlong why the team gets a big “error” for the way they handled the storm.
