Payback Time for D.A. Seth Williams

Philadelphia District Attorney Seth Williams lost the Stanley Cup bet he made with Chicago‘s DA, so he made good on his promise to run up the steps of the Philadelphia Art Museum (more than once!) in a Blackhawks jersey.
