Kelly Oubre Jr. returns to light physical activity, per Sixers

Sixers say guard Kelly Oubre Jr. returned to light physical activity after he told police he was hit by a car over the weekend. The team is hopeful Oubre could return to the lineup in the coming weeks. Oubre suffered a fractured rib and is recovering. The investigation is ongoing.
