The Harlem Globetrotters are planning to raise the roof one last time at the Wachovia Spectrum by playing on the roof of the fabled arena.The game is Thursday — but first they had to raise the hoops to the roof.Watch as the Hoops are raised and a man in a patriotic jumpsuit tries to dribble the ball on the roof.
