Could Pa. Follow CA's Lead on Pay for Play?

California recently passed a law that would allow college athletes to profit off their image and likeness. While the NCAA has threatened to drop colleges from tournaments if they pay their players, some Pennsylvania legislators are still looking to follow California’s lead.
