A Proposal and Records Set at Philadelphia Marathon

Thousands of runners participated in the 25th annual AACR Philadelphia Marathon this past weekend. Both the men’s and women’s race winners set new course records but the biggest winner of the day was runner Jessica Dickinson after he boyfriend Eric Dittenhoefer proposed at the finish line.
