Thought that Sixers game was a thriller?
You should have seen Bojangles' Coliseum.
That's where the Lehigh Valley Phantoms played five overtimes (not a typo) during Game 4 of their second-round playoff series with the Charlotte Checkers.
And lived to secure a 2-1 win.
So just how wild was this game for the Flyers' AHL affiliate?
Let's look at five of the craziest stats from the victory, which gave the Phantoms a 3-1 series lead.
1. The record books
The game started at 7:03 p.m. and ended at 1:10 a.m. when Alex Krushelnyski netted the game-winner. It marked the longest game in AHL history.

2. Heart of a Lyon
Goalie prospect Alex Lyon, who played 11 games with the Flyers this season, was incredible.
The guy stopped 94 of 95 shots faced over 146:53 of ice time.
He was probably a little tired postgame.
Haha Alex Lyon said not tonight when he saw me downstairs. Obviously gassed. I think I can give him a pass.— Tony (@TonyAndrock) May 10, 2018
He fell four saves shy of the AHL single-game record set by former Flyer Michael Leighton, who denied 98 shots in 2008 for the Albany River Rats.
Guess who beat Leighton? The Phantoms.
3. All the pucks
The Flyers' organization likes to play long hockey games.
Wait, also, the Flyers/Phantoms won the three longest hockey games in the modern era.— Philly Sport Optimist (@sn3vik) May 10, 2018
Lehigh Valley was ready to call some reinforcements.
The #LVPhantoms have signed Keith Primeau and Ryan Potulny to PTOs, they are both eligible to play in the 5th overtime.

4. No shot, right?
The Phantoms were outshot, 95-53.
Still, no problem (thanks, Lyon).
Danick Martel scored in the first period before Lehigh Valley went the rest of the way without a goal until Krushelnyski's heroics.
In fact, Lehigh Valley was outshot in every stanza - the three regulation periods and first four overtimes - except the final bonus session in which both teams tallied six shots.
5. Saving the day
To put Lyon's 94-save effort into context - Brian Elliott made 83 saves in four postseason games for the Flyers, while Michal Neuvirth made 61 in three contests.
That's not a knock on those netminders. It just shows you how much Lyon did in one actual hockey game that probably felt like a full seven-game series.
Alex Lyon made 94 saves in tonight's @LVPhantoms win.
