Will Japan's Crisis Slow the Progress of Nuclear Power Plants in the U.S.?

A nuclear plant safety expert and a clean energy advocate offer different views on the nuclear power industry, in the wake of a crisis in Japan. About a dozen of the 104 U.S. nuclear reactors are within a two hour drive of Philadelphia. The facilities have logged three decades of safe operation, free from accidents. Pa. officials said radiation levels remained normal in recent tests.
