Push for independent votes in Pa. primaries could change state politics as a whole, Ballot PA says

Pennsylvania’s primary election is less than three weeks away. However, some voters will be unable to participate. Voters without any party affiliation are not eligible to vote in the state primary. This means almost a million voters will be unable to vote. There is now a push to change these regulations. NBC10’s Lauren Mayk explains.
