Philly Homeless Protest Camps Told to Pack Up and Leave

NBC10’s Pamela Osborne reports from the Benjamin Franklin Parkway where a homeless protest camp had a 9 a.m. Tuesday deadline to pack up. Demonstrators have set up the tents along the Parkway and outside the Housing Authority building on Ridge Avenue to push for affordable housing.
