Parents of Dead College Freshman Name Son of Delaware Rep. in Lawsuits

The parents of Clemson University freshman Tucker Hipps filed two lawsuits and cite Samuel Carney, the son of U.S. Rep. John Carrney (D-Del.) as a defendant along with the fraternity in both suits.
