Mayor Nutter and President Obama Get a Good Laugh

It looks like Mayor Nutter had a good laugh when he welcomed President Obama to Philly for his town hall meeting on energy. We tweeted him @Michael_Nutter to ask what they were talking about. Nutter’s spokesman, Luke Butler said they were just “catching up.” Maybe Nutter was letting Obama in on the Ramsey deal — that the Police Commissioner was staying in Philly instead of going to Chicago.
