Local Performers Entertain City Council

Philadelphia City Council is serenaded by local performers singing “That’s Philadelphia,” to the tune of “That’s Entertainment.” The song was presented to highlight a Council resolution recognizing the financial and cultural contributions made possible by supporting local performers and production projects.
