Grand Jury Indicts Del. State Auditor Kathleen McGuiness

A grand jury has indicted Delaware State Auditor Kathleen McGuiness for abuse of office. McGuiness is accused of orchestrating a state contract with a political consultant and hiring her teenage daughter and paying her while her daughter was enrolled in college.
