Gov. Wolf in Philly to Unveil Plan for Older Pennsylvanians

Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf will be in Philadelphia on Friday to introduce a plan for improving community-based healthcare services for seniors as 15 percent of the state’s population is age 65 and older.
