Girl With Disabilities Sues PPA

Salina Sok’s mother has sued the Philadelphia Parking Authority, trying to get a handicapped parking space in front of the 12-year-old girl’s South Philly rowhouse. The lawsuit suggests without a handicapped space, Salina — who is in a wheelchair — is a prisoner in her own house.
