Federal Judge Rules Pennsylvania's Coronavirus Restrictions Unconstitutional

A federal judge ruled that Pennsylvania’s coronavirus restrictions were unconstitutional. The ruling stems from a lawsuit back in May when non-essential businesses in the state were forced to close. The judge called Gov. Tom Wolf’s requirements “overreaching” and “arbitrary.”
