Delaware Senator Tom Carper Announces Retirement

The 2024 elections will not include Senator Tom Carper’s name who has been a part of Delaware politics for decades. Senator Carper announced that he will not run for a fifth term in the U.S. Senate after he finishes his current term. NBC10’s Lauren Mayk has an update on his announcement.
