New Jersey to Begin Counting Early Votes This Week Under New Law

With more than 58 million people who have cast their ballots across the country, more early ballots have been cast now compared to the 2016 election. A new law in New Jersey says that some of those ballots will begin to be counted this week. NBC10 South Jersey Bureau Reporter Cydney Long has the details.
