Joe Biden Makes Pitch to Voters in Philly on Election Day

Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden spoke to NBC10’s Lauren Mayk about his push to get voters in Pennsylvania to vote for him on Election Day. The former vice president stopped in Philadelphia after an earlier visit in the day to his childhood home in Scranton. The Keystone State could be critical in deciding if Biden or President Donald Trump wins the race for the White House.
