How to Make Your Vote Count on Election Day

Voters in Philadelphia this year have the opportunity to cast their ballots by mail, or by bringing it to a drop off bin outside their local elections office. If you requested a mail in ballot but want to vote in person on election day, the ballot must be turned in to elections officials at the polling location before voting in a booth.
