Bill Increases Funding for Youth Homelessness

Included in the Omnibus Bill passed, was a measure to increase funding for combating youth homelessness. NBC10’s Digital Exclusive “Faces of Homeless Youth” raised awareness and brought it to attention of Senator Bob Casey (D-Pa.).
