Teenager Arrested After Stealing Car With Baby Inside on Christmas Day

A 16-year-old teenager was arrested after he stole D’Anna Williams’ car on Christmas Day, with her 6-month-old son in the backseat. Williams had left her baby in the car to lock her door when she heard the car door slam shut behind her.
