Police Officers Describe Moment They Were Shot in Standoff

Bail has been set at more than $1 million for Maurice Hill, the man who is accused of shooting police officers during a standoff that terrified a Nicetown-Tioga street in August. In court Thursday, police officers described being shot at in the standoff. NBC10’s Matt DeLucia has the details.
