New Video Shows Shots Being Fired at the Start of Hourslong Standoff

NBC10 obtained exclusive video of the first shots being fired during the hourslong standoff in Nicetown-Tioga in which six Philadelphia police officers were injured. Investigators returned to the scene of the shooting Thursday to gather evidence.
