Mom, Daughter Kill 5 Family Members, Bucks DA Says

A mother and her teenage daughter are accused of killing five of their family members at the Robert Morris Apartment Complex in Morrisville, Bucks County. The mother, Shana Decree, was arraigned on criminal homicide charges Tuesday morning and is being held without bail. Dominique Decree, her 19-year-old daughter, is expected to be arraigned on the same counts.
