Ethan Ellis was last seen on 10-17-09 in Spring, TX. Ethan was allegedly abducted by his mom, Carla Velasco. Ellis is a Biracial male who was 3 years-old, 3’2″, 35 lbs., with brown hair and eyes at the time of his disappearance. He is now 5.5 years-old.
