Mariska Hargitay underwent surgery in January and was briefly hospitalized in March due to a partially collapsed lung, but the actress has keep mum on what caused her health scare, until now.
"I've been doing my own stunts on the show for 10 years. I fell wrong, basically. I collapsed my lung doing a stunt," she told People at a dinner for the American Ballet Theater on Monday.

Adding, "I'm back to my old self."
Following her surgery, the actress returned to work earlier this spring and says she is now in tip-top shape.

"I feel great… I've bounced back [after I] had a scary couple of months," the actress told Access Hollywood earlier this month at the Joyful Heart Foundation Gala in New York City. "I feel really good and really strong."
