Man Charged in Deadly Throat-Cutting of 3-Year-Old Niece

Emanuel Fluter, 33, appeared in court Wednesday to face murder charges after allegedly slashing his 3-year-old niece’s throat over the weekend, killing her. Josephine Bulubenchi, the victim, was asleep at the time of the attack. A plea of not guilty was entered on Fluter’s behalf.
