Man Stuck With Wheelchair Pulled From Train Tracks in Dramatic Last Minute Rescue

Harrowing body camera footage showed the rescue of a man stuck with his wheelchair at a railroad crossing in Lodi, California. A Lodi police officer patrolling the area had seen the man and was able to drag him to safety.
