Norma Pérez asked the public to not be fearful of police and come forward with any information that may lead them to her missing 5-year-old granddaughter, Dulce Maria Alavez. The girl vanished on Monday from a Bridgeton, New Jersey, park. Police believe she was taken by an unidentified man.
