Driver Rescued after Vehicle Plunges into Icy Pond

A traffic camera in Minnesota captured a rescue from an icy pond. A 23-year-old woman was driving on a highway ramp when her SUV skidded off and plunged into the frigid water. She had a fire extinguisher in the car which she used to break the passenger front window. This enabled a good Samaritan to help pull her from the submerged vehicle. Troopers on the scene said the woman suffered cuts from broken glass, but is otherwise ok.
