City Removes Statue of Controversial Mayor Frank Rizzo

Overnight, the city removed the statue of controversial former Philadelphia Mayor Frank Rizzo from the steps of the Municipal Services Building. As NBC10’s Stephanía Jiménez, the timing of when the statue was removed is proving to be controversial as well.
