Biden on Trump's Refusal to Concede Amid Pandemic: ‘It's Irresponsible'

President-elect Joe Biden told reporters on Thursday that President Donald Trump’s refusal to concede the election “sends a horrible message on who we are as a country.” Biden also clarified while he has no plans to use litigation to force the Trump administration to share critical coronavirus intel with the Biden-Harris transition team, he cannot rule out taking legal action.
