Biden announces 5 initiatives to cancel or reduce student loan debt

President Joe Biden spoke from Wisconsin on Monday to outline five additional steps the Department of Education is taking to reduce student loan debt for tens of millions of Americans, including forgiving up to $20,000 in student loan interest for people who owe more than the sum of the original loan after years of repayment.
