Bakersfield Police Unleash Dog on 19-Year Old Girl

Police in Bakersfield, California unleashed a K-9 dog on a 19-year-old girl after she was mistaken by officers for a 30-year-old man, according to police reports and the teen’s own account. The police then arrested the girl before she was taken to the hospital.
