The mother accused of throwing her 20-month-old son off a bridge into a Lehigh Valley river before jumping in herself is due in court.
Jonesha Perry faces a preliminary hearing Friday to determine if enough evidence exists for her to stand trial.
The 19-year-old has been arraigned on homicide and other charges.
Authorities allege Perry gave Zymeir Perry a kiss before pushing him off the Hamilton Street Bridge in Allentown into the Lehigh River 50 feet below on May 3. She then jumped, but managed to reach shore with a broken arm.
The child was pulled out of the water about 700 yards downstream, but died six days later. The infant's organs were harvested for transplants.
