"30 Rock" star Alec Baldwin recently dropped $2.25 million for a unit at the Devonshire building in New York City, reports The Real Deal—that's $75,000 over asking price.
The one-bedroom, one-bathroom pad is located in the pre-war Emory Roth-designed building.
Baldwin and his yoga instructor wife Hilaria already own several units at the property, including the penthouse, which they bought in 2011 for $11.7 million. The unit includes three bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and a master bedroom suite that takes up an entire wing of the condo.
The latest unit does not appear to be attached to the main apartment, and there is a possibility it will be used as a home for their nanny—the couple had a child earlier this month.
