Year Up Graduation Ceremony

It was graduation night at the Independence Visitors Center! Mayor Jim Kenney delivered the keynote address at the “Year Up” Greater Philadelphia graduation ceremony. The professional development program provides low-income young adults with the skills they need to enter the work force. Graduating students then have the opportunity to finish their associates degree at Pierce College.
