Wrong-Way Driver Crashes Into Man and Flees the Scene in Delco

Video shows a wrong-way driver who may have been fleeing from police crashing into a man who was recovering from brain surgery in Darby, Pennsylvania. The driver then left the scene of the crash. NBC10’s Drew Smith speaks with the victim’s neighbor.
