Wrong-way crash on I-95 in Delaware County caused highway headaches for thousands of drivers

A series of early morning crashes caused massive highway headaches for thousands of drivers on Monday. Traffic was backed up for miles on I-95 northbound for hours. Police say it was all caused by a driver going the wrong way, hitting several vehicles before exiting the car and fleeing. NBC10’s Tim Furlong has the details.
