Victim Shoots Would-Be Robber in Philadelphia

Philadelphia Police say a man turned the tables on a would-be robber outside of the Penn Wynn House apartment building at Byrn Mawr Avenue and Gainor Road in the city’s Wynnefield section. The suspect was left in critical condition.
