Would-Be Car Thief Shoots at Man, Stray Bullet Strikes Teen Bystander, Police Say

A 15-year-old boy who was taking water into his Northeast Philadelphia house was shot in the head by a stray bullet after someone in a group of young would-be car thieves opened fire at a man across the street, Philadelphia Police said. The boy is now in critical condition. NBC10’s Johnny Archer has the latest on the investigation.
