Driver Admits to Hit-and-Run: Cops

A woman who has not yet been identified turned herself into police on Monday for a hit-and-run, authorities said. The driver is accused of hitting 9-year-old Aijahnae Johnson on the 4000 block of Merion Avenue in West Philadelphia.
